When you use Zommo, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, and business details. We also automatically collect usage data such as browser type, device information, and interaction patterns.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve our booking services, send appointment confirmations and reminders, and communicate with you about your account. Processing for service delivery is based on contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Processing for analytics and service improvements is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. We do not process payment card data. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary for our operations (e.g., email delivery, payment processing) and when required by law.
