1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zommo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Zommo is a booking flow builder for service businesses. We provide the tools to build and run your booking operation: flows, staff scheduling, intake forms, analytics, and booking links.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Business owners must provide accurate business information. You may not use the service for illegal purposes.

4. Pricing and Payment

Zommo is currently free during public beta. No payment is required to use the service during this phase. Paid tiers will be introduced in a future release. Pricing and terms for paid access will be communicated in advance.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. During public beta, we aim for high availability but do not provide a formal SLA. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into Zommo. We retain a license to process this data solely for providing our services. Upon account termination, you may export your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zommo is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your panel access is revoked. Your public booking flow remains accessible for 30 days to allow clients to complete existing bookings.
